The service was great and at a good price. However, my engine cover is missing a bolt and the cabin filter housing was left off. The car has also developed a rattle near to the housing.

I was booked in for a service and to have front brakes replaced. When I got the car back I was told they hadn't done the brakes as they didn't need doing then 3 days later the brake wear warning comes up on the dash.

The staff members are friendly.I visited the dealership to have the driver's airbag replaced due to a recall, and I'm happy that this was taken care of. However, after the replacement I noticed that the steering wheel trim had been scratched.

During the service, all went well as expected. A little later than expected before I could pick up my car, but I was able to work around this. Minus 1 star - another fix attempted for phone Bluetooth connection issue, but still a problem.

Unfortunately on the day I was travelling abroad I drove over a pothole which caused a large tear in my tyre. I contacted my BMW to organise a replacement tyre and book an appointment for the work after my return. The whole process was excellent.

I asked for a lift to the local station (about1.5 miles) initially told no capability. After short time a worker took me to the station. I arrived at 0915 but my car was not taken into the workshop until about 1500, what a waste of a day
