All employees I spoke to were very courteous and helpful. I was offered test drives and all options were discussed clearly, I never felt rushed. I was kept updated on the build and delivery progress of my car. The hot chocolate was also very good!

Good check-in and I collected my car when requested. A little concerned the team left the windows open whilst waiting a valet, after the service, given you have so many signs stating my vehicle and contents are left at my own risk.

Having not used BMW servicing for a few years it was quite a disappointing experience overall. It seemed very minimal contact, with me doing most of the work booking the car in and having to chase at the end of the day to see if my car was ready.

Went by before she called me over, my car was still parked up outside with no one going near it. She explained the wait was because it had to go for a re test which it clearly hadn't due to it being sat outside in view.

Followed up daily but kept getting the same reply-someone would call. Took a week for service with poor communication. Even after replacing the EGR cooler, I'm still getting leak alerts. Now they say it's just paperwork-frustrating experience.

They were short staffed and I arrived late, but they worked hard to have my car ready so I could collect my child from nursery on time. It was in for an MOT. I am always very happy with the service and the informative videos and texts.

The lady on the reception desk was very welcoming,but the lady that signed my car in and everyone else seemed to look down on me because I was wearing a tracksuite instead of a suite, thinking they were better than myself, if only they knew me.

Curtesy vehicle supplied was disappointing. Locking wheel nut was left on the wheel behind the hub cap. I discovered when I enquired to a rattling sound coming from the rear of my car as I returned home. I was offered the option to take the car back

Friendly efficient service, but service price had jumped by 33% since last time and had to negotiate discount to get it sensible. For instance why do you charge £15 to recycle a litre of brake fluid? I can get a 210 litre barrel recycled for £78 incl
