I asked if it was possible for my seat not to be moved during the cleaning but it did get moved. I have back pains and leg pains and having the seat in specific locations helps, and it's a hassle to try and get it back. Fantastic work otherwise

There is no communication between the call centre and reception. The car will take 4 hrs or longer to complete, I was told the oil needs to cool down! I was in and out with the car washed in less than 2 hours

Just over 2 years I had a air bag sensor replaced by bmw Portsmouth, at a cost of £400+, in Oct 25 an air bag red light came on, took to bmw Portsmouth and had to pay for another diagnostic check. I feel that BMW should have done this complimentary.
